Being ex-service people ourselves, we have had first hand experience in making the transition from a service environment into a civilian one, so we have given our offerings a great deal of thought. We would be the first to agree that good qualifications are sought by employers, but so are bright adaptable people who can demonstrate the ability to learn, and show an understanding of the potential employers’ area of expertise.

However we have recognised that whilst qualifications are useful, new skills rather than qualifications are what you need to be hitting the ground running, which is exactly what a potential employer wants!
