PRIMEtel

PRIMEtel focuses on the Technical Training needs of telecommunications companies, and their support organisations, both large and small. From assistance during surges in demand for product training, which can sometimes swamp an internal training organisation, to intervention training for 3rd party maintainers who may be struggling with a particular equipment installation or maintenance programme, PRIMEtel has the skills and resources to help.

PRIMEtel’s instructors are highly trained and specialised individuals who have a wealth of industry experience both in the field and in the training room. They are skilled across a range of products and technologies and understand the challenges that “New Product Introduction” programmes or “Solutions” training can present. Further, and as part of PRIMEtel’s instructor development process, PRIMEtel ensures that all instructors have received training on, and hold a formal qualification in, the delivery of adult education. Many of PRIMEtel instructors have worked globally, have delivered to multi-cultural audiences and have the ability to deliver training in languages other than English. Whether training is required on an existing and established product or a new platform utilising the latest technologies, PRIMEtel’s instructors have a lot to offer.
