Mal Geer

Mal Geer | Managing Director
With an understated approach, Mal sets himself, and the team, high standards to repeatedly exceed clients’ expectations. The success of this has led to the strong relationships that have been built up over the years.
His successful army career of 22 years included time with UK Special Forces, completion of the French Commando selection and global experience of specialist training and operations. Mal then moved into training management for telecommunications company Newbridge Networks Ltd, latterly Alcatel, with a global responsibility for specialist technical training. After a move to working with the broadcast media industry in 2000, he then created Prime in 2003.

Outside work, Rob’s passions are all about music and before working for Prime he travelled and worked in sound production. His calm, unflappable attitude means everything is in place for the team and the business. We could never do the job without him…but don’t tell him that!
